Please use the Report a Problem tool on the Cardiff Council website rather than emailing us. This ensures your request goes directly to the right team and is logged for action.

Feedback is welcomed during official consultation and engagement periods. Engagement and consultation links will be available on project pages while they are live. You can also visit the Council’s Consultations page to see active consultations and submit your comments online.

Our work to make transport inclusive is explained on the Accessibility and Transport section. This includes step-free routes, tactile paving, and other measures to support all users.
