You can book passenger travel assistance by phone, online, by text relay or via the Passenger Assistance app to help make travelling by train more accessible.
To reduce the stress of travelling Passenger Assist can help people with sight loss or other needs to locate the correct platform, and to get on and off the train.

Pedal power is an accessible cycling organisation that wants to try and make cycling more inclusive to all people who have disabilities. They provide bikes and also a training session on how to ride one. There are many accessible cycling routes through Bute Park and Llandaff Fields.
